Bay Of Islands Canine Association


We are an Associated All Breeds Club and an Associated Non-Championship Dog Training Society located in the Far Mid North of New Zealand, aiming to promote responsible dog ownership.  BOICA hosts at least one Championship Confirmation Show and one Open Show during the year. Additionally, BOICA holds at least two Rally-O Championship shows annually.  
BOICA is registered as a  Canine Good Citizen trainer - a program to train Pet dogs. CGC Basics assessments are held from time to time.  The club holds CGC assessments at all levels annually.   Our trainers will also train competitive Obedience and Rally O.  
The club hosts events for all during the year - Ribbon Parades 'Have a Go' Rally O and monthly Club Fun Days. These events are designed to encourage new members to have a go and provide a good opportunity to socialise with others..

The club is planning this year's Championship and Open Show, which is scheduled for the 17/18 Oct.

Club Activities
